Lea Coleman – Clinic Care
Lea, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, began her career at Cleveland Clinic in 1971 as a registration clerk. Lea transferred to what is now Allogen Laboratories or Tissue Typing in 1978. She attended Cuyahoga Community College part-time and graduated in 1979. Lea has been an integral member of Allogen for many years in an Administrative Assistant role providing vital support for all of Cleveland Clinic’s transplant programs. Lea has worked for more than eight different Laboratory Directors over the years providing close support for patient billing and record management. Lea has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 49
years and together they have 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters whom they enjoy visiting in New York City. Lea’s hobbies include reading, walking, working out at Cleveland Clinic’s fitness center, attending weekend trips, museums and plays.
